Paws Themes New Online Home

Someone reminded me that I hadn't officially posted the url for the Paws themes new home on the web, so here it is:

www.freewebs.com/pantherenoire

At the moment it's only the purple, pink and ocean themes, because I haven't had time yet to adjust more - first on vacation, then dealing with a cracked rib and now trying to catch up with the prolonged absense from because of all that - but I'll try to get around to the others as soon as I can . . .

And it's nice to know that my kitty paws haven't been forgotten. :)

The three colours that are on the website should work for 2.0 . . .

Unfortunately I can't get it to work with the Mozilla Firefox 2.0 as it keeps coming back with "Invalid or corrupted jarfile...." Hope the kitty paws will soon be available for MF 2! Love the paws!

Thanks in advance,
Ravinpaw

Hi guys, I got the same message about the corrupt jar file, but was determined to istall it anyway, lol. What I came to find out after hours of research, is just ignore that...don't try to open the file from your downloads. Instead, go to the actual file wherever it is saved on your harddrive, open up the add ons themes box, and drag the file into it. Then click on install when it comes up, and you are set!
However, I am having a problem with the theme....it is not showing up correctly, assumedly due to the fact that I have 2.0.0.1? The purple paws are there, and the tabs are that lovely deep metalic purple they should be, but the rest of the 'header' of the browser is plain, not the purple it should be. Any suggestions Panthere?

I downloaded the paws and they work great. You have to drag n drop them into the add-on box, then it will install. I have the newest update on FF and it works great. Don't give up, that corrupt file warning you get is a load of hooey. Go thru the back door and you will have your paws!

Somehow, the new paws don't work for my Firefox (I have version 2.0.0.4).
For all 3 (pink/purple/ocean) it keeps saying "Invalid or corrupt jarfile..."

Hey bud,

Your "paws ocean" link is corrupted, both on Firefox and on the link on your site.

Peace

Using Magenta Sky's advice I was able to use this theme, thank you so much, ^^ The ocean flavour is my favourite of all the Firefox skins.
I'm sorry to hear that the difficulties on Mozilla's end put you off. It's a darn shame!
I still hope you will continue to update the themes for future versions of firefox cause I'm sure many people would love to use them.

Cheers -h3
